We finally got our house. We have work to do on the house but we are excited to have our First house that we own. We signed all the papers on March 15, 2011. We got our keys on March 17, 2011. We stayed our first night on March 19, 2011. We get our beds this weekend so until then we will be sleeping on the floor. The boy's are all excited to have their own rooms. Cameron and Dylan are scared in their own rooms they may share for a little bit. Levi was sick on the day we were moving things to sleep here our first night. He threw up in the back yard., and three other times. He fell asleep early our first night because he was not feeling well. Cameron and Dylan took forever to get too sleep. Not sure what time they fell asleep but by time Russ and I got to bed it was after midnight. Here are some pictures from our first night sleeping at our house.

This is the house we have put a bid on and we have done inspections. Doing paperwork and the next step is the appraisal. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a room to make a second bathroom. 2 family rooms, big kitchen and dining area, a nice back yard with a porch type balcony, and a 2 car garage, plus laundry room and a storage room. Every room has a walk in closet. We have a couple things to fix and we need to paint some of the rooms and clean carpets. The house comes with a basketball hoop which Cameron is happy about. There is plenty of storage space/closet space. The room Dylan wants has a little club house in it. The house has a fireplace, and dishwasher. I like the house so very much I hope all works out and we are able to finally have a house that is ours.
